Tier 1
​Basic Venue Rental

For those who primarily need the space and prefer to manage their own catering, or for smaller, simpler gatherings.

  • Base Rental Fee: $300 for up to 3 hours.

    • Each additional hour: $75

  • Includes:

    • Exclusive use of Bella Gusto dining area.

    • Tables and chairs set up to customer specifications (within reason).

    • Access to restrooms.

    • Basic cleaning after the event.

  • Not Included: Catering, bar service, servers.

  • Security Deposit: $150 (refundable after the event in the form of a gift card, assuming no damages or excessive cleaning needed).

  • Base Rental Fee: $250 for up to 3 hours with Bella Gusto Catering.

    • Each additional hour: $60

  • Catering Minimum: A minimum catering order of $500 from Bella Gusto's menu is required for this tier.

  • Includes:

    • All features of Tier 1.

    • Dedicated space for food setup/buffet lines.

  • Not Included: Bar service, servers (beyond catering delivery/setup).

  • Security Deposit: $150 (refundable after the event in the form of a gift card, assuming no damages or excessive cleaning needed).

Our most popular tier combines the convenience of venue, catering, and bar service for a seamless event experience.

  • Base Rental Fee: $200 for up to 3 hours with Bella Gusto Catering & Bar Service.

    • Each additional hour: $50

  • Catering Minimum: A minimum catering order of $500 from Bella Gusto's menu is required.

  • Bar Service Fee:

    • Up to 25 Guests: $150 for 3 hours, plus tips (includes 1 bartender/server).

      • Each additional hour: $35

    • 26-45 Guests: $250 for 3 hours, plus tips (includes 2 bartenders/servers).

      • Each additional hour: $50

  • Beverage Costs: Bar tab charged based on consumption or a pre-selected open bar package (see "Bar Service Options" below).

  • Includes:

    • All features of Tier 1 & 2.

    • Professional bar service by Bella Gusto staff.

    • Assistance with event flow and basic setup/tear-down.

  • Security Deposit: $250 (refundable after the event in the form of a gift card, assuming no damages or excessive cleaning needed).

Bar Service Options
(Applicable to Tier 3 & Add-on to Tier 1/2)

For customers who want bar service, they can choose between these options:

  1. Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drinks. No upfront beverage cost to the host.

  2. Host Tab: Host sets a limit, or pays for all drinks consumed. An itemized bill will be provided at the end of the event.

  3. Open Bar Packages:

    • Basic Package: Domestic beers, house wines, sodas.

    • Premium Package: All basic items plus select craft beers, premium wines, and basic mixed drinks (well spirits).

    • Pricing for open bar packages will be per person, per hour, and should be developed based on your specific beverage costs and desired profit margins. (e.g., Basic: $15/person/hour, Premium: $25/person/hour).

Optional Add-Ons & Important Notes

  • Early Access/Late Exit: If more than 30 minutes is needed for setup/tear-down outside the rented hours, an additional charge of $50 per 30 minutes may apply.

  • Decorations: Customers are welcome to decorate, but no nails, screws, or damaging adhesives are allowed. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.

  • Outside Food/Beverages (Except Catering): No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted due to licensing. If Bella Gusto catering is not chosen, outside food is permitted but a $250 cleaning/disposal fee may apply (excluding desserts). 

  • Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimated total (venue rental + initial bar/catering estimates) is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 30 days' notice: Full refund of booking deposit (excluding any non-refundable costs incurred by Bella Gusto).

    • Less than 30 days' notice: Booking deposit is forfeited.

    • Less than 7 days notice: Full estimated payment is due.
